7. Do you offer refunds or returns?

We are committed to transparency. Here's what to know:

  • We do not issue refunds for shipping delays unless 30 days have passed since the order date.

  • We do not accept returns/refunds for sizing issues, as every product page includes a clear, detailed size guide.

  • We do not refund or return for incorrect orders or change-of-mind purchases. Orders can be modified before shipping, but not canceled afterward.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, send us clear photos or videos of the issue — we’ll replace it.

  • If we sent the wrong item, you're eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • We cannot refund or replace items damaged after delivery.

  • No refunds/replacements if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or uncontactable recipient.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to modify it. Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
